Due to the handcrafted, forged, and bespoke nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and the item has shipped or entered the fulfillment matrix, the transaction is irreversible.

2. Artisanal Variances

Every piece is uniquely crafted by hand. Minor variations in texture, natural metal oxidation, and raw aesthetics are intentional markers of the human forging process—not defects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these defining elemental characteristics.

3. Shipping Timeframes

General fulfillment processing and shipping estimations remain fluid depending on current demand cycles. Official tracking metrics will be provided directly via email once your allocation has been verified and physically deployed from our studio.

4. Transit Liability

Once a package is handed over to the external dispatch carrier, Silver for the Soul absorbs zero liability for delayed, misrouted, or missing items. We heavily advise verifying your exact shipping coordinates at checkout.
