1. Universal Agreement
By executing any action within the Silver for the Soul web architecture—including establishing an account, buying our pieces, or engaging with our digital topography—you form a legally binding consensus with these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Architecture
All conceptual designs, physical product molds, typography, visual photography, and branding matrices are highly guarded intellectual property of Silver for the Soul. Replicating, scraping, or mass-producing equivalent structures based on our forged properties is strictly strictly prohibited and legally actionable.
3. Product Variations
Because every item is physically drafted and forged by human intervention, macro and micro variances in texture, patina oxidation, and structural weight will occur. Digital photographic representations on this network serve as a conceptual guide; your physical piece will retain minute unique anomalies. This is an intentional feature of our craft, not a logical defect.
4. Node Responsibility
You are solely accountable for ensuring the security of your authentication vectors (passwords) and strictly maintaining accurate shipping coordinates. We maintain absolute zero mapping liability for physical shipments delivered to erroneously defined addresses supplied during the checkout runtime.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or theoretical damage resulting from the interaction with our physical accessories, allergic metallurgical reactions, or extreme physical modifications conducted by external entities post-delivery.
